왜 이 서브에이전트인가
상태 업데이트는 아무도 다시 보지 않는 회의 녹음 속에 묻히고, 액션 아이템은 다음 스탠드업 전에 잊힙니다. 이 자동화는 모든 통화를 프로젝트 업데이트로 바꿔줍니다.
Fireflies 트랜스크립트를 읽어 결정 사항, 담당자, 블로커를 추출한 뒤, 해당 Airtable 프로젝트에 기록하고 새 항목에 대한 작업을 생성합니다. 팀은 채널에서 트랜스크립트 링크가 포함된 간결한 요약을 받게 되므로, 아무도 노트를 타이핑하지 않아도 PM 보드가 최신 상태로 유지됩니다.
