왜 이 서브에이전트인가
프로덕트 팀은 수천 건의 티켓과 리뷰를 가지고 있지만, 사실 같은 몇 가지 문제를 가리키고 있습니다. 이 자동화는 그 더미를 짧은 목록으로 정리합니다.
티켓과 리뷰를 가져와 반복되는 주제로 클러스터링하고, 각 항목에 감정과 관련 기능을 태그합니다. 결과는 순위가 매겨진 다이제스트로, 어떤 이슈가 가장 많이 언급되는지, 그리고 증가 추세인지까지 보여주어 로드맵 판단이 가장 시끄로운 한 건의 불만이 아닌 실제 볼륨에 기반하게 됩니다.
