왜 이 서브에이전트인가
인시던트 발생 후 첫 10분은 누가 온콜인지, 어디서 소통할지, 고객에게 뭐라고 알릴지 같은 실무 조율에 사라집니다. 이 리스폰더는 심각도가 기준을 넘는 순간 그걸 처리합니다.
워룸 채널을 열고, 온콜과 서비스 오너를 불러들이며, 알림을 바탕으로 첫 내부·외부 업데이트 초안을 작성합니다. 인시던트가 진행되는 동안 타임라인을 추적하므로, 종료 후 포스트모템은 기억을 더듬어 재구성하는 것이 아니라 반쯤 이미 쓰여 있습니다.
