왜 이 서브에이전트인가
새벽 2시에 페이지를 받으면 런북, 마지막 배포, 올바른 대시보드를 찾는 데 시간을 허비합니다. 이 헬퍼는 페이지가 울리는 순간 이 모든 것을 모아줍니다.
알림을 읽고, 해당 서비스의 매칭 런북과 최근 배포를 가져오며, 대시보드와 유사한 과거 인시던트를 보여줍니다. 모든 것이 하나의 Slack 스레드에 정리되므로, 온콜 엔지니어는 검색이 아니라 진단부터 시작하고, 대응 시간을 실제로 줄여줍니다.
