리뷰는 G2, Trustpilot, App Store에 흩어져 있고, 평점 체계도 로그인 방식도 제각각이라 전체 그림을 보기 어렵습니다. 이 애그리게이터가 전부 하나로 모읍니다.
모든 소스에서 최근 리뷰를 수집해 평점을 통일하고, 각 리뷰에 감성과 주제를 태그합니다. 대시보드 하나에서 트렌드, 소스별 분포, 가장 자주 등장하는 주제를 한눈에 볼 수 있어, 제품이 모든 채널에서 어떻게 받아들여지는지 단번에 파악됩니다.
