왜 이 서브에이전트인가
설문 응답은 첫 주가 지나면 아무도 열어보지 않는 시트에 쌓이기만 합니다. 이 자동화는 그 응답을 팀이 실제로 열어보는 요약본으로 바꿔줍니다.
CSAT 점수를 산출하고, 주관식 의견을 주제별로 묶은 뒤, 정해진 일정에 맞춰 Slack으로 짧은 요약을 올려줍니다. 모든 행을 일일이 스크롤하지 않아도 설문에서 진짜 인사이트만 받아볼 수 있습니다.
