왜 이 서브에이전트인가
진짜 칭찬은 지원 채팅이나 Slack 스레드에 나타났다가, 누군가 저장하기도 전에 사라집니다. 이 에이전트는 피드백 채널을 스캔해 만족한 고객의 목소리가 담긴 인용문을 찾아냅니다.
작성자와 맥락은 그대로 유지하고, 어감은 바꾸지 않은 채 문법만 다듬으며, 주제별로 태그를 지정합니다. 모든 항목은 동의 여부 플래그와 함께 Notion 보드에 정리되므로, 후기 게시판은 누군가 어렴풋이 기억하는 말이 아니라 확인 가능한 인용문으로 채워집니다.
