보일러플레이트를 제거하고, 제목과 목록 구조를 그대로 유지하며, 상대 링크는 절대 링크로 변환해 파일이 이동해도 깨지지 않도록 합니다. 출력물에는 제목과 정규 URL이 프런트 매터로 포함되어, 수동 정리 없이 바로 노트나 문서에 넣을 수 있습니다.
