왜 이 서브에이전트인가
전화 통화는 결정이 이루어지는 곳이자, 아무도 내용을 받아적지 않아 사라지는 곳이기도 합니다. 이 가벼운 보이스 에이전트가 모든 통화를 자동으로 기록합니다.
화자 라벨과 함께 전사하고, 통화 목적과 결과를 짧게 요약하고, 검색 가능한 기록으로 정리합니다. 모든 통화의 전사본과 요약이 생기고, 담당자에게 Slack 알림도 가니까, 통화에서 오간 말이 사라지지 않습니다.
