為什麼選擇此子代理
共享收件匣很快就會變成垃圾場。業務回覆、客服工單、帳務問題全擠在同一個地方，然後有人得手動把每一封轉給對應的團隊。事情被漏掉，回應時間也跟著拖。
路由器會在每則訊息進來的瞬間讀取內容、判斷類型，然後自動建立對應的 CRM 紀錄。客服需求變成工單，潛在客戶變成聯絡人，負責的團隊會在 Slack 收到一則簡短摘要通知。不會有任何東西躺在那裡等人來分類。
