為什麼選擇此子代理
事故發生後的前十分鐘，往往都耗在行政事務上：誰在線、去哪裡溝通、要怎麼跟客戶說。這個應變工具會在嚴重程度超過門檻的瞬間接手這些事。
它會開設一個戰情室頻道，把值班人員和服務負責人拉進來，並根據警報內容草擬第一版內部與外部公告。隨著事故發展，它會持續記錄時間軸，事故結束後，事後檢討報告幾乎已經寫好一半，不必再靠記憶拼湊。
