為什麼選擇此子代理
手動對帳租金，意味著盯著銀行匯出的資料和試算表逐一核對，祈禱自己能抓到那個少繳的房客。Rent Reconciler 替你完成比對。
它會將每筆款項與應收金額配對，然後在清楚的報告中標出短缺、未繳租金與異常入帳。你的帳本會隨之更新，已核對的項目自動結案，未結項目則被清楚點出，追一筆缺口只要幾分鐘，而不是一整個下午。
