為什麼選擇此子代理
Strava 給你看數字，卻很少告訴你該怎麼用。Strava Coach 會在每次活動同步時解讀該筆紀錄，並對照你近期的訓練負荷加以衡量。
每次訓練結束後，你會收到一份簡短的個人复盘：這趟訓練實際強度如何、是否該好好恢復，以及下次可以具體調整的一點。這就像教練在場邊給你的即時點評，完全由你自己的數據生成。
