開放式問卷回答是最有價值的欄位，卻也是沒人有心逐條閱讀的欄位。這套管線會替你把它們歸類整理。

回答會先經過向量化，並在 Qdrant 中進行分群，讓相近的答案自然聚在一起，接著每個分群都會獲得一個簡短的主題標籤與數量統計。主題會依照出現頻率由高到低排序回傳，並附上原始引述，讓你看見每個主題背後真實的使用者心聲。
