هذا الوكيل يقرأ كل رسالة فور وصولها عبر Microsoft Graph ويُسنِد الفئة الصحيحة في الزمن الفعلي، بناءً على معنى البريد لا على كلمة مفتاحية ثابتة. فتُرتّب بريد العملاء والخيوط الداخلية وإشعارات الموردين نفسها لحظة وصولها. وتبقى الفئات التي تعتمد عليها للتركيز والمتابعة دقيقةً فعلاً دون صيانة قواعد دائمة.
