هذه الطبقة تمنح دردشات Twilio لديك ذاكرة مدعومة بـ Redis فيتذكّر كل رد الخيط بأكمله. يسأل العميل مرة واحدة، فيُجيب الوكيل ضمن السياق عبر الرسائل، ولو على مدى أيام. تحتفظ برقم Twilio ومجراك الحاليين؛ المحادثة فقط تتوقّف عن نسيان مَن تُحدّث.
