Lamaran yang masuk lewat email membuat proses rekrutmen jadi ajang copy-paste dan kandidat yang terlewat. Otomasi ini menerima setiap lamaran, mem-parsing isinya, lalu menyimpannya ke Airtable dengan rapi.
