このサブエージェントを選ぶ理由
進捗報告は、誰も見返さない会議の録画の中で消えていき、アクションアイテムは次のスタンドアップまでに忘れ去られる。この自動化は、各通話をプロジェクトの進捗更新に変える。
Fireflies の文字起こしを読み取り、決定事項、担当者、ブロッカーを抽出して、対応する Airtable のプロジェクトに書き込み、新しい項目についてはタスクを作成する。チームのチャンネルには、文字起こしへのリンク付きの短いサマリーが届くので、誰もメモを取らなくても PM ボードは常に最新の状態に保たれる。
