アカウントの履歴を取得して標準的な特徴量を構築、勾配ブースティングモデルを学習させ、稼働中のアカウントをチャーンリスクでスコアリングします。リスクの高い各アカウントには SHAP による上位要因が添えられるので、サクセスチームは離れそうな顧客だけでなく、そのスコアの理由まで把握できます。
