このサブエージェントを選ぶ理由
給与や昇進データに潜むバイアスは実在しますが、見落としやすく、読み誤れば危険です。このスポッターは匿名化された人事データをスキャンし、人が確認すべきパターンを検出します。
すべての検出結果には注意書きが添えられます。サンプルサイズ、データの限界、そしてこれは人間のレビューを促すシグナルであり断定ではないという明確な注記です。数値が意図を証明しているかのような過剰な主張はせず、人事や法務チームがどこを見るべきかを示します。
