このサブエージェントを選ぶ理由
インシデントの最初の10分は、誰が対応中か、どこで話すか、顧客に何を伝えるか、といった段取りに消えていく。このレスポンダーは、重大度が基準を超えた瞬間にそれらを引き受ける。
ウォールーム用のチャンネルを開設し、オンコールとサービスオーナーを招集、アラートをもとに社内外向けの最初の状況報告を作成する。インシデントの推移に合わせてタイムラインを記録するため、終了後には記憶を頼りに再構成するのではなく、ポストモーテムが半ば自動的に出来上がる。
