このサブエージェントを選ぶ理由
問い合わせたリードも、誰かが読んでスコアリングし、担当に割り当てるまでキューで待たされているうちに熱が冷めてしまいます。このクルーは、リードが届いた瞬間に受け付け処理のすべてをこなします。
リードエージェントが各問い合わせを適格性判定・ルーティング・アウトリーチのエージェントにかけ、コンタクト情報を充実させ、相手に合わせた初回メッセージを作成します。すべてのリードが自動的にスコアリング・割り当て・初回返信の作成まで完了し、その全履歴がCRMに記録されます。
