このサブエージェントを選ぶ理由
Stravaは数字を見せてくれるが、それをどう活かすかまでは教えてくれない。Strava Coachはアクティビティが同期されるたびに読み込み、直近のトレーニング負荷と照らし合わせて分析する。
毎回のワークアウト後、短いパーソナル振り返りが届く。そのセッションが実際どれほどきつかったか、リカバリーすべきか、次に向けた具体的な改善点を一つ。コーチがそばでかけてくれる声を、自分のデータから生成してくれる。
