条文はセクション番号・年・管轄区域のメタデータとともにQdrantに埋め込まれます。質問があると関連する条文が取得され、回答は記憶からの言い換えではなく、正確なセクション番号を引用します。条文が改正されている可能性がある場合は、推測で答えるのではなく、その旨を明示します。
