왜 이 서브에이전트인가
이탈은 지나고 나면 누구도 놀라지 않습니다. 신호는 몇 주간 사용 데이터와 지원 대기열에 이미 있었으니까요. 문제는 해지 이메일이 도착할 때까지 아무도 그걸 한데 모아 보지 않았다는 겁니다.
이 에이전트는 매일 계정별로 사용량, 결제, 티켓 추이를 점수화한 뒤, 계정이 식기 전에 담당자에게 DM을 보냅니다. 알림에는 실제 경고 신호가 명시되고 구체적인 방어 전략이 제안되어, 담당자는 막연한 안부 인사가 아니라 이유를 갖고 먼저 연락할 수 있습니다. 아직 손쓸 시간이 있을 때 이탈의 조짐을 포착하세요.
