왜 이 서브에이전트인가
낮은 CSAT 점수는 뭔가 잘못되었다는 신호이지만, 무엇이 문제인지는 알려주지 않습니다. 모든 부정 설문 의견을 읽으며 패턴을 찾는 일은 누구도 시간이 없고, 그래서 같은 불만이 분기마다 반복됩니다.
이 에이전트는 한 주간의 불만 티켓을 수집하고 근본 원인별로 클러스터링해 발생 빈도순으로 순위를 매깁니다. 지원 리드는 실제 고객 인용이 포함된 상위 3가지 문제와 신규 이슈 플래그가 담긴 요약을 받습니다. 증상에 사과하는 대신 원인을 해결하게 됩니다.
