왜 이 서브에이전트인가
커뮤니티 Discord는 늘 같은 신입 회원 질문으로 넘쳐나고, 자원봉사자들은 같은 답을 반복하다 지쳐갑니다. 이 봇은 문서와 FAQ를 인덱싱한 뒤, 이미 다뤄진 질문이 올라오면 스레드 안에서 바로 답합니다.
알고 있는 범위를 벗어난 질문에는, 추측하지 않고 모더레이터를 태그합니다. 회원들은 흔한 질문에 즉시 답을 얻고, 사람 헬퍼는 정말 필요한 질문에만 개입하면 됩니다.
