문의가 웹 폼이나 공용 이메일로 들어오면, 누군가 ERPNext에 복사해 넣고 태그를 달고 담당자를 파악할 때까지 그대로 방치됩니다. 그 사이 잠재 고객은 이미 다른 곳으로 넘어가 있죠.
이 에이전트는 모든 문의를 놓치지 않고 내용을 파악한 뒤, 담당자가 지정된 ERPNext 리드로 자동 라우팅합니다. 잠재 고객은 즉시 접수 확인을 받고, 담당자는 Slack 알림을 받아 첫 응답이 빠르게 나갑니다. 폼과 CRM 사이에서 리드가 새는 일이なくなります.
