왜 이 서브에이전트인가
1차 서류 검토는 채용 과정에서 가장 서둘러 처리되는 단계입니다. 이력서는 6초 만에 스캔되고, 평가 기준은 오전과 오후가 달라지며, 합격 판단의 근거는 어디에도 기록되지 않습니다.
이 에이전트는 모든 지원서에 동일한 1차 검토를 적용하고, 강점, 우려 사항, 명확한 추천이 담긴 근거 기반 스코어카드를 반환합니다. 경계선에 있는 후보는 즉각 탈락 대신 사람이 검토하도록 플래그됩니다. 채용 매니저는 이미 평가가 완료되고 판단 근거까지 첨부된 큐를 열게 되므로, 아슬아슬한 후보도 실제로 재검토를 받습니다.
