왜 이 서브에이전트인가
활발한 Instagram 계정에는 실제 리드, 고객 문의, 스팸이 뒤섞인 DM이 쌓이지만, 이걸 일일이 분류하는 사람은 없습니다. 이 에이전트는 Manychat을 통해 들어오는 모든 메시지를 의도별로 분류하고 태그를 지정합니다.
브랜드 톤에 맞는 답변 초안을 작성하고, 검증된 리드는 CRM으로 바로 넘기며, 민감한 내용은 담당자에게 전달합니다. 진성 고객은 스팸 더미 뒤에 묻혀 기다릴 필요 없이 빠르게 답변을 받고, 팀은 DM을 일일이 확인하는 수고에서 해방됩니다.
