왜 이 서브에이전트인가
IT팀은 하루 종일 Slack에서 같은 질문에 답합니다. VPN은 어떻게 접속하나요, 라이선스는 어디서 신청하나요, 새 소프트웨어 승인은 누가 하나요. 하나하나는 작은 방해지만, 모이고 모이면 정말 사람이 해야 할 일을 묻어버립니다.
이 봇은 사내 지식베이스에서 답을 찾아 출처 페이지 링크를 함께 제시하므로, 사람들이 답변을 신뢰하고 더 자세히 읽어볼 수 있습니다. 문서화되지 않은 내용은 짐작하는 대신 티켓을 생성합니다. 반복되는 질문은 채널 안에서 스스로 해결되고, IT팀은 집중할 시간을 되찾습니다.
