모든 상담팀은 하루 종일 같은 답변을 반복해서 타이핑합니다. 매크로 작성 자체가 또 하나의 업무라 늘 뒤로 밀리다 보니, 매크로 라이브러리는 좀처럼 따라가지 못합니다.

이 에이전트는 해결된 티켓을 읽고 상담원이 손으로 반복해서 쓰는 답변을 찾아내 팀장이 승인만 하면 되는 매크로를 초안으로 작성합니다. 각 매크로에는 추천 트리거와 제목이 함께 따라오므로, 추가 여부는 글쓰기가 아니라 예/아니요 결정이 됩니다. 마침내 매크로 라이브러리가 팀이 실제로 쓰는 말을 그대로 담게 되고, 반복 타이핑은 사라집니다.
