왜 이 서브에이전트인가
유용한 신호는 Mattermost 채널 속, 끝까지 읽을 시간도 없는 수백 개의 메시지에 흩어져 있습니다. 경영진은 고객과 직원이 실제로 무슨 말을 하는지 짐작할 수밖에 없습니다.
이 에이전트는 한 주간의 피드백 채널을 읽고 반복되는 주제를 추려 짧은 경영진 브리프로 정리합니다. 각 주제에는 등장 빈도, 증가세인지 감소세인지, 그리고 실제 인용문 몇 개가 함께 담깁니다. 경영진은 월요일에 일주일치 대화를 스크롤하며 중요한 패턴을 찾아 헤매는 대신, 한 페이지만 열면 됩니다.
