왜 이 서브에이전트인가
좋은 답장을 하려면 관계를 알아야 하지만, 그 맥락은 Outlook이 아니라 Monday와 Airtable에 있습니다. 그래서 사람들은 맥락 없이 답장하거나, 이 고객이 누구였는지 떠올리려고 세 가지 도구를 오갑니다.
이 어시스턴트는 Monday와 Airtable 기록에서 발신자를 찾아 이미 그 맥락을 아는 답장을 작성합니다. 진행 중인 거래, 마지막 주문, 미해결 요청까지 담아냅니다. 초안은 출처 기록이 링크된 채 Outlook에서 기다립니다. 수신함을 떠나 자료를 뒤적이지 않아도, 모든 고객을 기억하는 것처럼 답장할 수 있습니다.
