왜 이 서브에이전트인가
상담 봇을 도입하려면 보통 도움이 되는지 시험해 보기도 전에 긴 연동 프로젝트부터 거쳐야 합니다. 대부분의 팀은 한 분기 뒤가 아니라 이번 주에 당장 기본적인 무언가가 돌아가길 원합니다.
이것은 웹훅을 통해 어떤 채널이든 연결되고, 직접 제공한 소규모 지식베이스에서 답하는 즉시 투입형 스타터입니다. 확신이 서지 않을 때는 깔끔하게 사람에게 넘기고, 모든 대화를 기록해 빈틈이 어디인지 확인할 수 있게 합니다. 작동하는 첫 버전으로 활용한 뒤, 고객이 실제로 무엇을 묻는지 알아가며 키워 나가세요.
