왜 이 서브에이전트인가
고객은 WhatsApp에서 문의하면 바로 답이 올 거라 기대하지만, 일반적인 봇은 없는 말을 지어내기 일쑤입니다. 이 에이전트는 모든 답변을 실제 지원 문서에 근거해 생성하므로, 추측이 아닌 귀사의 정책을 바탕으로 응답합니다.
각 답변에는 근거가 된 문서를 함께 표시하고, 일치하는 내용이 없으면 상담원에게 연결합니다. 자주 묻는 질문에는 몇 분 안에 정확한 답변이 전달되고, 상담원은 문서로 해결되지 않는 케이스에만 집중합니다.
