각 답변에는 근거가 된 문서를 함께 표시하고, 일치하는 내용이 없으면 상담원에게 연결합니다. 자주 묻는 질문에는 몇 분 안에 정확한 답변이 전달되고, 상담원은 문서로 해결되지 않는 케이스에만 집중합니다.
