왜 이 서브에이전트인가
스토어 방문객은 시간과 상관없이 사이즈, 재고, 배송에 대해 묻습니다. 그런데 카탈로그를 모르는 범용 챗봇은 틀린 답변으로 고객을 짜증나게 할 뿐입니다. 결국 떠나거나, 영업시간까지 기다리게 됩니다.
이 에이전트는 실시간 WooCommerce 카탈로그를 기반으로 답변하므로, 가격, 재고 여부, 주문 상태가 항상 최신입니다. 상품 및 주문 관련 질문은 즉시 처리하고, 환불이나 분쟁은 사람에게 넘깁니다. 구매를 고민하는 바로 그 순간, 형식적인 답변과 지연 대신 정확한 답을 고객에게 전달합니다.
