為什麼選擇此子代理
客戶流失事後看起來都不意外；訊號早在用量數據和客服佇列裡躺了好幾週。問題是，在取消訂閱的 email 寄到之前，沒有人把這些訊號放在一起看。
這個 agent 每天根據用量、帳務和工單趨勢為帳戶評分，然後在帳戶冷掉之前私訊通知負責人。警報會指出具體的警示訊號，並建議一個明確的挽回策略，讓業務帶著理由去聯繫，而不是發一封不痛不癢的問候。你在還來得及行動的時候，就接住了下滑的趨勢。
