為什麼選擇此子代理
大多數客服工單問的都是說明文件早就回答過的那幾個問題，但客戶還是得排隊等，客服人員則反覆重打一樣的回覆。簡單的問題把真正棘手的案子淹沒了。
這支代理直接從你的說明中心找答案，並標註引用的文章來源，讓回覆有據可查。當文件沒有涵蓋該問題時，它會帶著完整上下文轉交給真人，而不是自己瞎猜。常見問題客戶秒獲解答，其餘的則由真人接手。
