為什麼選擇此子代理
初篩是整個招募流程中最容易被趕進度的環節。履歷只被掃了六秒，標準從早上到下午就在變，淘汰的理由也從來沒被記錄下來。
這支代理會用一致的標準初讀每一份履歷，回傳一份附帶理由的評分卡，包含優勢、疑慮和明確建議。落在邊緣的候選人會被標記給人為複審，而不是直接被打槍。用人主管打開的就是一份已經評估完畢、附帶分析思路的清單，那些差一點的候選人，真的有機會被多看一眼。
