為什麼選擇此子代理
IT 整天都在 Slack 回答一樣的問題：怎麼連 VPN、去哪裡申請授權、新軟體誰核准。每一個都是小小的中斷，加在一起卻把真正需要人處理的工作淹沒了。
這個機器人從你的內部知識庫回答問題，附上來源頁面連結，讓大家信任回覆也能進一步閱讀。遇到沒有文件記載的問題，它會開工單而不是瞎猜。重複性問題在頻道裡就自動解決，IT 拿回了專注工作的時間。
