為什麼選擇此子代理
要回得好，得先了解這段關係，但那些脈絡存在 Monday 和 Airtable 裡，不在 Outlook。於是大家不是盲目回覆，就是在三個工具之間來回切換，才想得起這個客戶到底是誰。
這個助理會在你的 Monday 和 Airtable 紀錄中查找寄件者，起草一封早已掌握對方脈絡的回信：進行中的案子、上一筆訂單、還沒解決的需求。草稿會在 Outlook 裡等著你，並附上來源紀錄的連結。你回信的樣子，就像記得每一個客戶，而不必離開收件匣去翻找。
