為什麼選擇此子代理
工單全數湧入同一個佇列，由人工逐一分類，憑感覺判斷緊急程度，也沒發現上週那個不滿的客戶又回來了。優先順序取決於誰的聲音最大，而不是誰真的面臨流失風險。
這支代理會讀懂每張工單，對照該帳戶的滿意度歷史來衡量意圖與急迫性，並將工單以正確的優先級分派到對應的佇列。高風險客戶會自動插隊。團隊處理的是一份已按重要性排好序的佇列，而不是按到達順序排列的流水帳。
