為什麼選擇此子代理
陽春版的 Twilio 訊息沒有記憶。每次回覆都從零開始，客戶得重複講三次訂單編號和問題，對話像在對牆講話。
這個層級為你的 Twilio 對話加入以 Redis 為後盾的記憶功能，讓每次回覆都記得整段脈絡。客戶只要問一次，AI 代理就能跨訊息、甚至跨天數地根據脈絡回答。你現有的 Twilio 號碼和流程都不用動，對話只是不再忘記自己在跟誰說話。
