為什麼選擇此子代理
客戶在 WhatsApp 上問客服問題，期待秒回，但通用機器人只會胡說八道。這套代理將每則回覆錨定在你實際的客服文件上，讓它根據你的政策回答，而不是憑空猜測。
每則回應都會標註來源文章，找不到對應內容時就將客戶轉接真人。常見問題當場就能獲得準確解答，你的客服團隊只需處理文件未涵蓋的案例。
