Il lit l'alerte, récupère le runbook correspondant et les déploiements récents sur ce service, et fait remonter les dashboards et les incidents passés similaires. Tout atterrit dans un seul fil Slack, pour que l'ingénieur d'astreinte commence à diagnostiquer au lieu de chercher, et gagne de précieuses minutes sur la réponse.
