このサブエージェントを選ぶ理由
解約は、後から振り返れば誰も驚きません。シグナルは何週間も前から利用データやサポートキューに現れていたのです。問題は、解約メールが届くまで、誰もそれらをまとめて見ていなかったこと。
このエージェントは毎日、利用状況・課金・チケットの傾向に基づいてアカウントをスコアリングし、アカウントが冷え込む前に担当者へDMを送ります。アラートには具体的な警告サインと、取るべき具体的な維持策が示されるため、担当者は漠然とした様子見ではなく、明確な理由を持ってアプローチできます。まだ手を打てるうちに、兆候を捉えられます。
