このサブエージェントを選ぶ理由
共有の受信トレイは、すぐにゴミ捨て場と化します。営業への返信、サポートチケット、請求に関する問い合わせがすべて同じ場所に届き、誰かが一件ずつ手作業で適切なチームに転送しています。見落としが起き、対応時間もじわじわ遅れていきます。
このルーターは届いたすべてのメッセージを読み、内容を判断して、適切なCRMレコードを自動で作成します。サポート依頼はチケットに、リードはコンタクトになり、担当チームには短い要約付きでSlackの通知が届きます。人間が仕分けるまで未読のまま放置されることは、もうありません。
