このサブエージェントを選ぶ理由
良い商談のあとのフォローアップこそ、案件が停滞する原因です。担当者は送るつもりでいても、次のミーティングに引きずり込まれ、2日後には議論の半分も無視した定型文のようなメモを送ってしまいます。
このエージェントは通話終了の瞬間にトランスクリプトを読み取り、実際の会話を引用したフォローアップを、コンタクトの役職や商談のステージに合わせて作成します。Gmailに届くので、確認して送信するだけ。送信ボタンは担当者が握ったまま、真っ白なページと格闘する問題は解消されます。
