このサブエージェントを選ぶ理由
サポートチケットの大半は、ドキュメントにすでに答えが載っている同じ質問の繰り返し。それでも顧客は列に並び、エージェントは同じ返信を打ち込み続ける。簡単な問い合わせに埋もれて、本当に難しい案件が後回しになる。
このエージェントは実際のヘルプセンターから回答し、参照元の記事を明示するので、根拠があり確認もできる。ドキュメントでカバーできない質問は、推測せず全コンテキストを添えて人間に引き継ぐ。よくある質問には即座に答え、それ以外はちゃんと人間が対応する。
